Washington Beach is a returning Vice City name. Rockstar uses it once in GTA 6 material: the Ultimate Edition’s Shitzu Squalo is a gradient pink and blue speedboat “docked at Washington Beach,” pitched for fishing in Gambit Bay and fitted with an explosives-laden weapons crate. That line is the whole official record so far. No trailer caption, screenshot label or road sign read by the community has put the name on screen.

Where it is
Rockstar has not placed it. In 2002 Washington Beach was a few blocks of beachfront between Ocean Beach and Vice Point, on the island across the bay from downtown. Community wikis put the new one in the same spot, north of Ocean Beach inside the island city of Vice Beach. rumor
Fans match it to Mid-Beach in Miami Beach, the stretch of big resort towers north of South Beach, and the name echoes Washington Avenue, one of South Beach’s main streets. Rockstar pairs it with Gambit Bay in the same sentence, the fishing water fans read as Biscayne Bay. rumor
What you can do there
The one confirmed thing is picking up the Shitzu Squalo, if you own the Ultimate Edition. Rockstar says Ultimate items unlock through the story, with new ones behind each chapter, so the boat may not be waiting on day one. From the dock, the copy points you to fishing in Gambit Bay, and one of Rockstar’s images shows it with a police boat close by and a police helicopter overhead. Anything beyond that is a guess. If the district follows Mid-Beach, expect resort towers and pools rather than Ocean Beach’s art deco strip. That is our expectation, not something Rockstar has shown.
In GTA Vice City (2002)
The 2002 Washington Beach was small but busy. It held the Washington Beach police station, the open-air Washington Mall and lawyer Ken Rosenberg’s office on Washington Street, where several of Tommy Vercetti’s early jobs start. Tommy’s first safehouse, the Ocean View Hotel, was a short drive south in Ocean Beach, and that hotel is back in GTA 6. Vice City Stories (2006) added a Washington Beach fairground that is gone by 1986.
