Stockyard is the arts district of Vice City, a grid of warehouses and street murals that fans match to Miami’s Wynwood. Rockstar confirmed the name in June 2026, when its Ultimate Edition copy placed two exclusive businesses there. It had already been on screen: an overhead sign in Trailer 1 points drivers toward Stockyard.

305 is Miami’s area code. FAILE is a real art collective, so Electric Fang’s designs are the rare piece of GTA 6 content credited to outside artists. The Ultimate Edition items list has everything else in the edition, and how to upgrade covers the $20 route.

If fans are right about the screenshot, it is the best picture of the district so far: painted highway pillars, a bike crew and a crowd watching from the curb. It fits the street takeovers and dirt-bike clips in the Trailer 1 social feed, though Rockstar has not placed those clips in Stockyard. See the Trailer 1 breakdown for every shot.
Who hangs out here
Rockstar has not put a character in Stockyard. The community wiki says Roxy of the Real Dimez wears Stock 305 clothing in official material, which would tie Vice City’s rap scene to the district’s clothing store. Rockstar has not said so. rumor Stockyard’s street-art culture also fits Boobie Ike and Dre’Quan Priest’s Only Raw Records, but no official material links them.
Real-world inspiration
Wynwood, a former warehouse district just north of downtown Miami that turned into the city’s mural capital, anchored by the Wynwood Walls. The Miami Guide says the game’s walls are painted in the style of real tags from Miami’s street-art scene. Community wikis read the name as a nod to Wynwood’s working-class warehouse past. rumor
