The mix leans on Leonida's outdoors: fishing with Cal, hunting in Mount Kalaga and the Grassrivers, airboats in the Grassrivers and scuba diving on a reef. The city side has pickup basketball, bar pool, mini golf and clubs.
GTABase, a fan database, also lists monster truck racing and underwater treasure hunting at shipwrecks in its roundup of the previews, and says tennis, surfing and skateboarding are not full minigames. No outlet has repeated those claims, so we treat them as rumor and leave them out of the list below.
Several activities feed into other systems, the way the gym and food did in San Andreas. Most of these details come from previews, so treat them as reported until launch.

Dates and time together feed the relationship system. Vice's preview report says relationship choices may affect how parts of the story unfold, but nobody has said how any single activity counts. Small acts may register too: when Jason pets a dog in the Extended Look, a small icon appears that Postmode reads as a background stat changing, possibly the Criminal Profile. No preview confirms that link.
Official activities are visible in Rockstar's own footage or screenshots, or named in Rockstar's edition copy. Mini golf, for example, is in a screenshot of Cal on a course decorated with fake alligators. Reported ones come from the hands-off previews in July 2026, where press watched Rob Nelson play for between 30 minutes and about 2.5 hours. Nobody outside Rockstar has played the game, so every detail about how an activity works is second-hand until November 19, 2026.

The Extended Look shows a backyard wrestling show in a makeshift ring, with Jason taking part. Postmode reads the event's name as something like "American Mania".
Pickup basketball is a playable minigame shown in the Extended Look. Jason's stilt house in the Keys has a hoop in Trailer 2.
Lucia trains on a heavy bag in an official screenshot, and her official bio says her father taught her to fight as soon as she could walk. Fight activities appear in the Extended Look.
Gyms let you train Jason and Lucia, and the results show on their bodies. Previews describe an optional membership with treadmill, bag work, squats, pulldowns, bench and deadlifts.
Mini golf is a playable activity. An official screenshot shows Cal and a friend on a course decorated with fake alligators.
Vice's preview roundup lists a walkable shooting range, and two Extended Look recaps describe target shooting in the video, including Lucia at an outdoor range. Ammu-Nation stores return, including Phil's in a Trailer 2 TV ad.
Swimming has its own lung-capacity meter instead of using stamina, according to preview coverage. Beaches and pools are everywhere in Leonida.
