The Vercetti Estate is in GTA 6 as a name, not yet as a place. It appears once in Rockstar’s material, in the Ultimate Edition item list: the Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers are a his-and-hers pair “with classic Vice City stylings sourced from the Vercetti Estate.” No trailer, screenshot or the 26-minute Extended Look has shown the mansion, and Rockstar has not said you can visit it.

What Rockstar actually says

Official textWhat it tells usStatus
The revolvers carry classic Vice City styling sourced from the Vercetti EstateThe estate exists in the game’s fiction, at least as the origin of some prized Vice City gearofficial
Palm-tree-etched grips, engraved detailing and a high-performance scopeWhat that styling looks like on the gunsofficial

PC Gamer adds that the serial numbers engraved on the two revolvers reference the release dates of GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories, more nods to the old games on the same guns. reported

The wording is about where the styling comes from. It does not describe a heist, a visit or a location, so reading it as a hint that you will raid the mansion is speculation.

The revolvers

The Morgan pair is one of the Ultimate Edition’s exclusive weapons, one version for Jason and one for Lucia. Rockstar says Ultimate items unlock through the story, with new ones behind each chapter. TheSixthAxis’s longer version of the copy adds that the pair turns up at Ammu-Nation stores as the story progresses. reported

The estate in GTA Vice City (2002)

In 2002 the estate was the grandest property in the game: a Spanish-style mansion with pools, a hedge maze and a helipad on Starfish Island, a gated island between the mainland and the beach districts. It belonged to the cocaine baron Ricardo Diaz until Tommy and Lance Vance killed him in “Rub Out,” after which Tommy took over his assets and the house became his headquarters. The finale, “Keep Your Friends Close…”, is a shootout inside it. Vice City Stories (2006) shows it in 1984 as Diaz’s mansion, still under renovation.

Can you visit it in GTA 6?

Unknown. Three things are worth knowing:

  1. Starfish Island has not been named in any official GTA 6 material. It appears on fan maps only. rumor
  2. Tommy belongs to the 2002 continuity. GTA 6 reuses place names from that era, such as Ocean Beach, Washington Beach and the Ocean View Hotel, without bringing back its characters.
  3. Rockstar also calls the Ultimate Edition’s ‘95 Grotti Cheetah an “ode to Shore Drive,” and Shore Drive is a real street in the game. So a place name in item copy neither proves nor rules out that you can go there. This is our reading.

Real-world inspiration

The 2002 Starfish Island is a take on Star Island, the celebrity-mansion island in Biscayne Bay off Miami Beach, and fans have long compared the estate and its final shootout to Tony Montana’s mansion in the film Scarface (1983). rumor

Still unknown

  • Whether the estate exists as a location on the GTA 6 map.
  • Whether Starfish Island, or any island of mansions, is part of Vice City.
  • Which chapter unlocks the revolvers.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Vercetti Estate in GTA 6?

Its name is. Rockstar's Ultimate Edition copy says the Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers come with classic Vice City styling sourced from the Vercetti Estate. The estate itself has not appeared in any trailer, screenshot or the Extended Look, so whether it is a place you can go is unknown.

Is Tommy Vercetti in GTA 6?

Nothing suggests it. GTA 6 is set in the present day in a different continuity from the 2002 game. Rockstar references Tommy twice in edition copy: the Vercetti Estate and a pre-order weapon pattern inspired by his palm tree shirt.

Where was the Vercetti Estate in GTA Vice City?

On Starfish Island, a private island of mansions between the mainland and the beach districts. It belonged to the drug lord Ricardo Diaz until Tommy and Lance Vance killed him in the mission Rub Out, and the game's final shootout happens inside it.

How do you get the Vercetti Estate revolvers?

Buy the Ultimate Edition ($99.99) or add the $20 upgrade to a Standard copy. Rockstar says Ultimate items unlock through the story, with new ones behind each chapter, so the revolvers may not be there on day one.
