Who is Valentina
Valentina is the go-between who hands Jason and Lucia their job at the start of the Extended Look’s final sequence: private security, and in practice babysitting, for Andrés de León. Rockstar has published no bio for her. Her name comes from the footage’s dialogue as recaps and community transcripts render it; in those transcripts Lucia calls her Val and Andrés calls her Tina.
She is on screen for a few minutes. Most of the attention she gets is about where else she has appeared.
Is Valentina from GTA Online?

In GTA Online’s Money Fronts update she is a minor figure. She appears briefly in the intro cutscene for the Hands On Car Wash business, alongside Mr. Faber, the rich man who has work for the player. The community wiki has her stepping off Faber’s private jet and saying on the phone that she is only in town for 24 hours; Kotaku says she introduces the player to Faber and leaves San Andreas the next day. A Reddit user spotted the match after the Extended Look aired, and Game Rant and Kotaku reported it on August 27 and 28, 2026. Rockstar has not commented.
What it would mean. If she is the same person, it is a sign that GTA 6 sits in the same universe as GTA V and GTA Online. That is our reading, not something Rockstar has said. Precedent: GTA V brought back Packie McReary from GTA IV as a heist gunman, so characters crossing between games in this era of the series is nothing new. Where Trevor, Tommy Vercetti, CJ and the other fan favorites stand is on GTA 6 returning characters.
Spoiler note: the next section describes story scenes from the Extended Look, Rockstar's 26-minute gameplay video.
Valentina in the Extended Look
The Megamundo job starts about 20 minutes in. shown
- The airport. She meets Jason and Lucia at Vice City International Airport while they wait for their clients to land, and a fan recap has her offering them champagne.
- The brief. In community transcripts she tells them the job is Andrés de León: protect him, but keep him in line, and keep his ego up. Kotaku sums it up as bodyguards and babysitters for a rich young man and his friends. Andrés then lands by private jet and meets the pair on the tarmac.
- The handoff. She goes on with the group to the Megamundo headquarters opening and introduces the pair to Petra Navarro, Megamundo’s COO according to recaps.
What happens to her when an armed crew storms the party and takes Andrés hostage is not clear from the footage.
Who does she work for?
Not stated. Recaps call her a Megamundo associate, an assistant, a coordinator, and in one case Andrés’s own assistant. What is on screen fits a coordinator best: she sets up the job, then hands the pair to the people running the event. The company itself, a Spanish-language media giant, is covered on the Megamundo page.
Relationships
- Andrés de León. The client she hires the pair to protect.
- Petra Navarro. The Megamundo executive, COO per recaps, whom she introduces to Jason and Lucia.
- Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Her hires for the night.
No performer has been reported for either version of the character, and nothing links her to the cast rumors. The rest of the supporting cast is on the GTA 6 characters hub, and the full job is broken down in the Extended Look guide.
