Who is Cal Hampton
Cal Hampton is Jason Duval’s friend in the Leonida Keys and a fellow associate of the smuggler Brian Heder. Rockstar sells him as the cast’s conspiracy theorist: his tagline is “What if everything on the internet was true?”
He matters to the story more than the jokes suggest: recaps of the Extended Look credit him with the most interesting claim about Raul Bautista and with its closing speech.

Rockstar’s bio says Cal feels safest at home, snooping on Coast Guard radio with a few beers and some private browser tabs open. He is at “the low tide of America” and happy there. Casual paranoia loves company, but Jason has bigger plans, and that pull in two directions is the setup for his role. official
Two lines on the official site capture him: the psychopaths are in charge and everyone should get used to it, and there are “way too many birds flying around in perfect formation.”
The glory days speech
The Extended Look ends on a voice over the outro montage: these are “your glory days,” “the salad years,” nothing will beat who you are right now, and you cannot see the trouble looming on the horizon. The words are in the footage. official Recaps credit the voice to Cal; GTA News describes it as Cal inviting the protagonists to enjoy the moment. What Cal says about Raul
Recaps of the Extended Look trace the claim that Raul Bautista once worked for Dominican intelligence to Cal. It comes from the cast’s most paranoid man, so treat it as a character’s claim, not established fact. reported The details are on Raul’s page.

On a hardtop boat, binoculars to his eyes, while Jason fishes; mini golf by a giant alligator statue; playing pool with Jason at a Keys bar; floating on an inflatable flamingo with a beer; and walking with Jason at night carrying a duffel bag. The fishing shot is the clearest official look at fishing in GTA 6.

No cast is announced. The YouTube channel GameRoll said it was “95% sure” comedian and former Saturday Night Live cast member Bobby Moynihan is Cal, on a voice match, a physical resemblance and his past motion-capture work (Game Rant, March 6, 2026), and SVG repeated the match. rumor He has not commented.
