The Canis Kamacho is in GTA 6 according to press reading of Rockstar’s own images: PC Gamer spotted the long four-door off-road pickup in the official pictures of One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop, an Ultimate Edition shop at Lake Leonida. Rockstar’s text never names it, which is why this page carries a reported tag.
Where it appears
Rockstar’s copy describes One-Eyed Willie’s as Lake Leonida’s storied mod shop, specializing in off-road modifications and hand-painted automotive art, and only Ultimate Edition owners get it. The shop’s images show lime and green off-roaders with custom paint. PC Gamer identifies one as GTA Online’s four-door Kamacho, saying it “was confirmed in a screenshot” of the shop without giving a basis or saying which image it means. Rockstar’s captions for the three images name no model, and the first describes “a parked two door green off-road vehicle”, which does not fit a four-door Kamacho. The GTA Wiki adds that the GTA 6 truck has minor design changes from the Online version.
Lake Leonida is the big lake at the center of the state, covered on our Lake Leonida page. The truck in the wetlands chase at the top of this page is not identified as a Kamacho; it is there to show the kind of ground these trucks are built for.
Is it an Ultimate Edition vehicle?
Probably not on its own. This is where each piece stands:
| Question | Answer | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Is One-Eyed Willie’s Ultimate-only? | Yes | Confirmed |
| Does Rockstar list the Kamacho as a bonus vehicle? | No | Confirmed |
| Is a Kamacho visible in the shop images? | Yes, per PC Gamer and fan databases | Reported |
| Is the truck, or only its paint, exclusive? | Not known | Unknown |
Our reading is that the truck shows off what the shop can do rather than being a gift. Rockstar has not said either way. The full bonus list is on the Ultimate Edition items checklist, and the edition comparison covers what Standard owners miss.
The Kamacho in GTA Online
The Kamacho arrived in GTA Online on February 6, 2018, as part of The Doomsday Heist update, according to the GTA Wiki. It is a crew-cab off-roader with a long bed. Canis is the series’ Jeep parody.
Real-world basis
Rockstar does not name real vehicles. The GTA Wiki says the Kamacho draws on the Jeep Crew Chief 715 and Nukizer 715 concept trucks, both tributes to the Kaiser Jeep M715 military pickup. That is fan identification.
What is not known yet
- Whether Standard Edition players will find Kamachos in the world or at other garages.
- Whether One-Eyed Willie’s custom paint is exclusive to its shop.
- Price, performance and how it compares with the Dominator Buggy off-road.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Canis Kamacho in GTA 6?
Probably, but Rockstar has not said so. PC Gamer reports that a Kamacho appears in Rockstar's official images of One-Eyed Willie's Mod Shop, without saying how it knows. Rockstar's captions name no model, and one calls the shop's parked green vehicle a two-door, so we tag the Kamacho reported rather than confirmed.
Is the Kamacho an Ultimate Edition vehicle?
Not as far as Rockstar's list goes. The Ultimate Edition names the Cheetah, Dominator Buggy, Ganado Retro Build, Squalo, Enduro and Crest Kayak. The Kamacho only appears in images of the Ultimate-only mod shop, and PC Gamer notes it is unclear whether the truck or just its custom paint is exclusive.
Where is One-Eyed Willie's Mod Shop?
At Lake Leonida, according to Rockstar's Ultimate Edition copy, which calls it a storied mod shop for off-road modifications and hand-painted automotive art.
What real truck is the Canis Kamacho?
Rockstar does not name real vehicles. The GTA Wiki says the Kamacho draws on the Jeep Crew Chief 715 and Nukizer 715 concepts, both tributes to the Kaiser Jeep M715 military truck.
