People of Leonida: every GTA 6 character beyond Jason and Lucia
Rockstar has written bios for six supporting characters, and the Extended Look named about ten more. This is the full list of everyone else in Leonida, with where each name comes from and how sure we are.
This directory lists all 40 people tied to GTA 6 beyond its two playable leads, from Rockstar's bio characters down to names on props and nods to older games, each with a status label. The protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, have their own pages on the GTA 6 characters hub.
The rest are smaller parts: a gun-store pitchman, a trunk-riding streamer, a mayoral candidate on lawn signs, a musician on Brian's tank top, and a few nods to older games. Gangs and police forces have their own directories: GTA 6 gangs and factions and GTA 6 police.
Who works with whom
Most of the supporting cast falls into a handful of circles around Jason and Lucia. This is how the official material connects them.
Every entry carries one of three labels. They describe where the name comes from, not how important the character is.
official The person appears in a Rockstar bio, a trailer, the Extended Look, an official screenshot or edition copy. For names only heard in footage, the spelling usually comes from community transcripts (Mendez, which community wikis spell Méndez; Aunt Tee), even though the person is on screen.
reported A credible outlet has reported it, but Rockstar has not said it.
rumor Names only fan wikis have read off posters, captions or props, fan theories such as Phil being Phil Cassidy, and anything that exists only in the 2022 leak. Labels like "Hammer Lady" are fan nicknames, not official names.
We never use leaked footage as a source. The one leak-only name on this page, Jay Norris, is labeled as such and links to press coverage only. For what the leaks did and did not show, read the GTA 6 leaks explainer.

Supporting cast with Rockstar bios
The six supporting entries on Rockstar's "Only in Leonida" page, plus the two named members of Real Dimez. Each of the six has an official tagline and bio; Bae-Luxe and Roxy share the Real Dimez one.
An old-school Keys smuggler from the golden age of drug running who still moves product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori. He houses Jason rent-free in return for help with shakedowns and acts as a middleman for jobs.
Official tagline: "Nothing better than a Mudslide at sunset."
Official bio: still moving product through his boat yard and long past the point of doing his own dirty work.
Rockstar sells him as a laid-back beach type with a predator's instincts, and prints a boast about flying in enough grass to make Leonida "levitate."
Trailer 2 introduces him in its opening seconds, in a silver pickup, talking up to Jason as he patches a roof.
Official screenshots: in his truck, wearing a Kenny Brewster tank top at a bar, holding a wrapped package at a gas station, and arm in arm with Lori beside his pickup with Jason.
An Extended Look: meets Jason and Lucia with Lori at the Effluvia rooftop bar, says his contact wants only one of the pair for a job, then takes Jason to the balcony. Engadget (Dave Meikleham, August 28) says the couple briefly discuss who will take the job before Lucia stands up, leaving Jason with the gig, and SVG (August 28) says Lucia leaves Effluvia while Jason and Brian smoke cigars by a railing (both reported); the community wiki synopsis does not mention it. Community transcripts say he tells Jason a childhood story about his late friend Jimmy Canto as a warning about knowing when to stop.
Jason's paranoid friend in the Keys and a fellow associate of Brian Heder, happiest at home with a few beers, Coast Guard radio chatter and conspiracy tabs open. He is the cast's comic relief, and recaps credit him with the monologue that closes An Extended Look.
Official tagline: "What if everything on the internet was true?"
Official bio: feels safest at home listening in on Coast Guard radio, happy at "the low tide of America" while Jason has bigger plans.
Official site lines include "The psychopaths are in charge. Get used to it."
Official screenshots: on a hardtop boat with binoculars while Jason fishes, mini golf, playing pool with Jason, floating in a pool, and walking with Jason at night carrying a duffel bag.
An Extended Look: recaps credit him with the closing "glory days" speech (reported). Engadget puts Jason, Lucia and Brian, not Cal, on the boat in the fishing scene.
Recaps of the Extended Look trace the claim that Raul Bautista once worked for Dominican intelligence to Cal's digging, which Jason relays in dialogue. It is a character's claim, not established fact (reported).
A Vice City street legend who turned his hustle into a legitimate empire of property, a strip club and a recording studio. He co-owns Only Raw Records with Dre'Quan Priest and gives Jason and Lucia work.
Official tagline plays on his club's name: it is all about heart, the Jack of Hearts.
Official bio: one of the rare people to turn street years into property, a strip club and a studio, and friendly right up until money is on the table.
Rockstar says he may look out for himself, but his partnership with Dre'Quan in Only Raw Records is what he is most invested in. They need a hit.
Official site line: "The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all."
An Extended Look opens with Jason and Lucia collecting a package for him from Raymond's lab at the Venture Apartments.
Fan recaps say Raymond's lab supplies Boobie's club and tie the operation to the San4San gang (rumor).
A former street dealer who always wanted to make it in music and now runs Only Raw Records with Boobie Ike. Signing the Real Dimez is his bet on moving from club bookings to the wider Vice City scene.
Official tagline: "Only Raw... Records."
Official bio: "more of a hustler than a gangster," with music as the goal even while he dealt to pay the bills.
Official site lines: dancers are his A&Rs because a club hit gets DJs spinning it, and "You're with the label now."
Now that he has signed the Real Dimez, Rockstar says his days of booking acts into Boobie's strip club may be numbered.
Trailer 2 and official screenshots place him around the Jack of Hearts and the studio. In An Extended Look he greets Jason and Lucia with hugs outside the club (GTA News recap).
A two-woman rap act, Bae-Luxe and Roxy, who built a career on viral clips and hooks after shaking down local dealers. They had an early hit with the rapper DWNPLY and are now signed to Only Raw Records hoping for a second one.
Official tagline: "Viral videos. Viral hooks."
Official bio: high school friends who parlayed shaking down dealers into a rap career built on racy tracks and nonstop posting.
An early hit single with local rapper DWNPLY took them to new heights; five years and a lot of trouble later they signed with Only Raw Records.
The official site prints a lyric fragment: "All my dimes in this club."
Rockstar gave them their own page at rockstargames.com/VI/dimez.
Widely compared to the Miami rap duo City Girls by press and fans; Rockstar has not said so.
One half of the rap duo Real Dimez, named in Rockstar's official bio. She and Roxy have been friends since high school.
Named with Roxy in the official Real Dimez bio.
Rockstar has not said which member is which. In official screenshots the curly-haired member wears a ROXY nameplate chain, and the community GTA Wiki labels her partner as Bae-Luxe (Roxy left, Bae-Luxe right). No individual bio exists.
The other half of Real Dimez, named in Rockstar's official bio alongside Bae-Luxe. The pair signed to Only Raw Records five years after their breakout single.
Named with Bae-Luxe in the official Real Dimez bio.
Official screenshots show the curly-haired member of the duo wearing a ROXY nameplate chain, and the community GTA Wiki labels the pair the same way (Roxy left, Bae-Luxe right). Rockstar has not labeled the members.
No individual bio or performer has been announced.
A confident, charming career bank robber who is always recruiting people willing to take big risks for big scores. In An Extended Look, Jason and Lucia drive his getaway, and he makes it clear he will call them again.
Official tagline: "Experience counts."
Official bio: a seasoned bank robber always hunting for talent; his recklessness raises the stakes each time, and sooner or later his crew must double down or cash out.
Official site line: life is full of surprises and "we'd all be wise to remember that."
Official screenshots: on the phone, and at the wheel with a pistol and stacks of cash.
An Extended Look: Lucia collects him in a black Schafter after a robbery in Vice Beach; the chase crosses the Admiral and Rialto causeways, the crew swaps vehicles, and Raul pays Jason before leaving on a scooter.
Recaps say Brian Heder puts Jason and Lucia in touch with him; the community wiki gta.wiki calls him Brian's former cellmate (rumor). Recaps trace a claim that he once worked for Dominican intelligence to Cal Hampton's digging, relayed in dialogue: a character's claim, not established fact.
Brian Heder's third wife, who helps him move product through the boat yard and whose sangria Jason is expected to drop by for. She appears with Brian in one official screenshot and at the Effluvia meeting in An Extended Look.
Named as Lori in Brian's official bio; Rockstar has not printed a surname, and Heder is assumed from the marriage.
Official bio: helps Brian keep the product moving; Jason's housing deal includes stopping by for her sangria now and then.
An official screenshot shows her arm in arm with Brian beside his pickup on a roadside, with Jason.
Community wikis spot her in the background of Brian and Jason's conversation in Trailer 2 (rumor).
An Extended Look: at Effluvia with Brian. GTA News FR, a fan site, describes her as warm and fond of the couple.
No official bio page of her own and no performer reported.
A Vice City police officer who leads a task force; recaps describe him as a corrupt cop. Jason and Lucia appear to know him and run when they hear him during the Venture Apartments raid.
Spelled Méndez by community wikis and also written Mendez. Rockstar has published no bio.
Trailer 2 (about 1:47): fans identify him as a plain-clothes officer talking to fellow cops, and community wikis transcribe the line "Us cops, we gotta protect each other" (rumor).
An Extended Look: leads the task force raid on the drug lab at the Venture Apartments and shoots a suspect who is trying to surrender (shown). He wears a police badge; community wikis read it as VCPD (rumor).
Community wikis say Raymond's partner Ernesto reveals he has informed on Raymond before the raid.
Fan recaps describe a past history between Méndez and the protagonists and speculate he is a main antagonist (rumor).
A fixer who hires Jason and Lucia as private security for the Megamundo headquarters opening and meets them at the airport. Fans and outlets widely identify her as the Valentina from GTA Online's 2025 Money Fronts update; Rockstar has not said so.
An Extended Look: meets the pair at the Vice City airport as Andrés de León arrives by private jet, and introduces them to Megamundo's Petra Navarro.
Some recaps call her Val.
GTA Online link: in the 2025 Money Fronts update, a Valentina briefly introduced players to a wealthy client, Mr. Faber, before leaving San Andreas. Kotaku and Game Rant report the GTA 6 match as a fan identification based on name, look and role. Rockstar has not commented (reported).
A wealthy, party-loving figure tied to Megamundo whom Jason and Lucia are hired to protect at the company's headquarters opening. The night ends with him taken hostage by an armed crew.
Raymond's partner in the Venture Apartments drug operation. Community wikis say he reveals during the pickup that he has informed on Raymond to the police, just before the task force raid.
His reveal is what kicks off the escape in the Extended Look opening.
Fan recaps read him as an informant who betrayed Raymond, and some suggest a link to Méndez (rumor).
Community wikis list him with San4San (rumor).
Recaps tell it two ways: the GTA Wiki synopsis says he returns and reveals he informed, while GTA News and the GTA Wiki's Méndez page say he warns Raymond that the police are on the way.
Megamundo's chief operating officer, according to recaps and the community wiki, who meets Andrés de León's party at the Megamundo headquarters opening in An Extended Look. Her name comes from the video; the COO title is reported, not stated by Rockstar.
Name shown, title reported: Postmode's recap calls her "Megamundo COO Petra Navarro" and the community wiki gives the same title. No Rockstar page mentions her (checked /VI, /VI/media, /VI/only-in-leonida and /VI/an-extended-look on September 23, 2026). One fan recap calls her CEO.
The community wiki's synopsis has a separate, unnamed Megamundo CEO open the event with a speech to the guests, which fits the COO reading.
An Extended Look: she meets Andrés on arrival and questions him about a planned "conference" on the upper floors before Valentina introduces Jason and Lucia as his new security (community wiki synopsis).
After Andrés heads up to a suite to "brainstorm", she tells Jason to get him back down (community wiki).
Postmode reads a later text from Lucia as "After Czr" and guesses that the company head might be a Cesar Navarro (rumor).
Fan recaps suggest she and Andrés are partners of some kind (rumor).
The loud pitchman in a Phil's Ammu-Nation TV commercial in Trailer 2. Community wikis call him Phil after the store name, and fans read him as an HD-universe take on Phil Cassidy from the 3D-era games (rumor).
Trailer 2 (about 2:10): a living-room TV plays a commercial in which the man calls the store Phil's Ammu-Nation.
The man in the ad looks younger than the 3D-era Phil Cassidy and has both arms.
Whether he is Phil Cassidy, a relative or just a man named Phil is fan speculation (rumor).
Runs the drug lab at the Venture Apartments where Jason and Lucia collect a package for Boobie Ike. When the police raid hits, he guides them into a neighbor's apartment to escape.
An Extended Look opening sequence; recaps say his lab supplies Boobie Ike's club.
Community wikis say his partner Ernesto reveals he has informed on him to the police, and the task force raid follows.
Leads Jason and Lucia into Aunt Tee's apartment, whose window becomes their exit.
Community wikis and fan recaps place him in the San4San gang (rumor).
The Leonida Department of Corrections counselor who talks with Lucia in her office at the start of Trailer 1, the first voice heard in GTA 6 marketing. Only her first name is known.
Trailer 1 (0:00): she talks with Lucia across a desk under the Leonida Department of Corrections logo.
A surname circulates on fan sites but traces to leaked material; only her first name is known.
The local buyer of stolen goods. Edition copy says the pre-order and Ultimate garages include a secure place to leave loot to be fenced, and previews describe fences who buy by loot type.
Official edition copy (rockstargames.com/VI): the Shore Court and Paradise Garages each feature "a weapon locker plus a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced."
A longer version of the June 24 press copy, reprinted by TheSixthAxis, adds that the local Fence will accept most stolen goods at a reasonably discounted rate. That line is not on rockstargames.com/VI, so cite the reprint (reported).
Previews describe different fences who specialize in cars, drugs and jewelry and unlock through the story (reported, Vice).
A collector and fixer, called "eccentric" in Rockstar's copy, who commissions the Ultimate Edition's Classic Car Collection: hunt down abandoned classics and half-finished project cars and bring them back to life. Rockstar's image shows him outside a garage holding a wrench.
Official Ultimate Edition copy names him and the special commission to track down and revive abandoned classic and work-in-progress cars.
Rockstar's caption for the first Classic Car Collection image: Wyman standing outside a garage with a wrench in his right hand. The other five captions describe the cars only: a turquoise muscle car, a beige off-roader with red, orange and yellow stripes, a red classic sports car with a racing livery and the number 36, a green classic sports car, and a muscle car in a stars-and-stripes livery.
Rockstar's copy names no cars. Outlets identify three of them from the images: a Sirius, a Vapid Riata and a Schyster Deviant (reported; only the Deviant is read from a badge).
Community wiki places him in Port Gellhorn running Wyman's World Auto Salvage Co. (rumor).
An official Ambrosia screenshot is captioned by Rockstar as a man sitting behind the wheel while several women in bikinis wash his car. The caption does not name him; the community wiki identifies the driver as Wyman (rumor).
Rockstar never titles the item "Wyman's Classic Car Collection"; it is the Classic Car Collection, a commission from Wyman.
An Ambrosia mayoral candidate whose lawn signs line the road in an official Ambrosia screenshot, one of them co-branded by the Allied Crystal sugar company.
An official Ambrosia screenshot shows signs reading "Vote Erin Henshaw" and "Henshaw for Mayor", and one carries the Allied Crystal logo with the slogan "The Sweet Lifeblood of Ambrosia".
A rival sign in the same shot is only partly legible; community wikis read the opponent as Krever (rumor).
Brian Heder's childhood friend, who died young and is only mentioned in dialogue. Brian uses the story of his death as a warning to Jason.
Community transcript of An Extended Look: as kids, Brian and Jimmy started a fairground carousel they could not stop; Brian jumped clear and Jimmy did not.
The fan recap from GTA News (FR) also describes Brian's moral lesson built on a childhood anecdote.
Streamers, rappers, TV characters and musicians who exist inside Leonida.
Camilo
officialin world media
A young livestreamer who is inside the trunk of a car Lucia steals, doing a trunk challenge, and who streams the police chase that follows. The scene is Rockstar's satire of stunt streaming.
An Extended Look: his name appears in on-screen chat; the game shows an expandable chat and a View Livestream prompt.
Hangs out of the open trunk narrating the chase to viewers; community wiki places it on Shore Drive.
Also spelled Camillo in some fan databases.
Community wiki says his look parodies the streamer N3on (rumor).

A cigar-smoking cartoon manatee, one of Macca's "wetland friends" in Rockstar's words. He is on the shot glass in Rockstar's $399.99 Collector's Box and on the front of its poster.
Rockstar Store: the Collector's Box includes a Chunkee the Manatee shot glass, with Chunkee on the front and a Rockstar Games logo etched on the bottom.
The description of Rockstar's Newswire artwork names "Chunkee the Manatee smoking a cigar" alongside Macca the Gator. On the poster his panel carries a "CHUNKEE" tattoo.
The Newswire says the box is "brought to you by Macca and his wetland friends", and the store says the poster front shows characters from the Macca the Gator show.
Rockstar has not said whether he appears on the show itself; that he is part of its cast is our reading of the poster.
A cartoon character, so he says nothing about live manatees in the game, which are still unconfirmed.
Leonida's hit TV show, in Rockstar's words, and the alligator who stars in it. Macca fronts Rockstar's $399.99 Collector's Box and inspired the Ultimate Edition's Goodtime Gear line.
Rockstar's Collector's Box copy calls Macca the Gator "Leonida's hit TV show".
The Goodtime State - Vice City Collection ($399.99 on the Rockstar Store, ships from November 19, 2026, game not included) has a 6-inch figure of Macca "enjoying a smoke and a flamingo blood martini" with a twist-open stash base, plus a Macca the Gator magnetic mirror.
The store says the box's poster shows "characters from the hit Leonida TV show" on the front. Chunkee the Manatee is one of the figures there; that he is on the show itself is our reading. Rockstar's Newswire says the box is "brought to you by Macca and his wetland friends".
Official Ultimate Edition copy: the Goodtime Gear capsule collection of in-game apparel and accessories is inspired by him.
"The Goodtime State" is Leonida's nickname: the poster labels Leonida that way, and the store copy talks of "every corner of the Goodtime State".
Rockstar has not described the show's format; Creative Bloq notes it has not been detailed (reported).
Nods to older games. None of these people has been shown as a character in GTA 6.
Jay Norris
rumorreference
The LifeInvader founder from GTA V. The only GTA 6 mention comes from an NPC line in the 2022 leaked footage, reported by the press; nothing in official material names him.
Leak-only: the only source is press coverage of the 2022 leak.
If real, it would reinforce that GTA 6 shares the HD universe with GTA IV and GTA V.
The protagonist of 2002's GTA: Vice City. GTA 6 does not bring him back, but official edition copy references him twice: a weapon pattern based on his palm-tree shirt and revolvers sourced from the Vercetti Estate.
Official Vintage Vice City Pack copy: a tropical weapon pattern inspired by Tommy Vercetti's palm tree button-up, under the heading about the original kingpin.
Official Ultimate Edition copy: the Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers come with classic Vice City styling "sourced from the Vercetti Estate".
GTA 6 is set in the HD universe; Tommy belongs to the 3D-era continuity. No sign he appears as a character.
Voiced by Ray Liotta in the 2002 game.

Rockstar has written bios for six supporting characters besides Jason and Lucia: Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, the rap duo Real Dimez, Raul Bautista and Brian Heder. Brian's wife Lori is named in his bio. The Extended Look on August 27, 2026 added more named characters, including the police officer Mendez, the fixer Valentina, Andrés de León and Petra Navarro of Megamundo, and Raymond, Ernesto and Aunt Tee from the Venture Apartments.
Who is the villain in GTA 6?
Rockstar has not said. Mendez, the task-force cop who executes a surrendering suspect in the Extended Look, is the most discussed candidate, and fan recaps suggest he has a history with Jason and Lucia. That is speculation. Rockstar's premise only says the pair get caught in a criminal conspiracy that stretches across Leonida.
Is Valentina from GTA Online?
Fans think so, but Rockstar has not confirmed it. Kotaku and Game Rant report the widespread identification of her with the Valentina from GTA Online's 2025 Money Fronts update, based on her name, look and role as a go-between for wealthy clients. Until Rockstar says so, we label it a reported fan identification.
Is Tommy Vercetti in GTA 6?
Nothing shows him as a character. Official edition copy references him twice: the Vintage Vice City Pack includes a weapon pattern based on his palm-tree shirt, and the Ultimate Edition's Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers are described as coming from the Vercetti Estate.
Who is the woman talking to Lucia at the start of Trailer 1?
Her name is Stefanie, a corrections counselor with the Leonida Department of Corrections. Only her first name is known. She is the first voice heard in any GTA 6 trailer.
