Who is Dre’Quan Priest
Dre’Quan Priest is GTA 6’s music hustler: the aspiring mogul behind Only Raw Records, a Vice City label he runs with Boobie Ike. His tagline is the label’s name with a dramatic pause: “Only Raw… Records.”
He is also one of the few supporting characters on warm terms with both leads. In the Extended Look he greets Jason and Lucia with hugs outside the Jack of Hearts.
Official background
Rockstar’s bio says Dre’Quan was always more of a hustler than a gangster. Even when he was dealing on the street to make ends meet, music was the goal. Now that he has signed the Real Dimez, his days of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club may be numbered, because he has his eye on the wider Vice City scene. official
His line on Rockstar’s site explains his A&R method: the club dancers are his talent scouts, because if a record is a hit there, the DJs will be spinning it.
Only Raw Records and the Real Dimez
The label is a two-man bet. Boobie owns the club and the studio and pays the bills; Dre’Quan finds and manages the acts. The Real Dimez are the act: a duo who had one early hit with the rapper DWNPLY and signed with Only Raw five years and “a whole lot of trouble” later, hoping for a second.
No Only Raw or Real Dimez track is on real streaming services as of September 23, 2026. Rockstar’s 34-track launch album, announced September 17, 2026, leads with real-world artists such as Travis Scott and Morgan Wallen. official See the music page for the soundtrack.

An Extended Look (August 27, 2026). Greeting Jason and Lucia outside the Jack of Hearts, and sharing a beer with Jason on a couch. GTA News describes the greeting as brief. reported

A claim that he works a sound board inside Delights Cabaret in the Extended Look outro has circulated. We could not match it to the footage or to any press recap, so treat it as unverified; the studio screenshot above is the closest official image. rumor

Open questions
- Whether Only Raw Records is a mission chain, a business the player touches, or background color.
- Whether any Real Dimez or Only Raw song becomes a real release. Dr. Dre’s tracks from GTA Online’s The Contract reached streaming services in 2022, so there is precedent.
