NINE1NINE is Vice City’s big nightclub and the one place in the trailers where Jason and Lucia simply go out. Rockstar has not written about it anywhere, so everything known comes from the footage and how outlets and community wikis read it.

The banner came first. When Trailer 1 dropped in December 2023, VGC wondered whether NINE1NINE was a nightclub, a dating site or a fashion brand. Trailer 2 seems to settle it: outlets identify its club scenes, with Lucia and Jason on the dance floor, as NINE1NINE. The Trailer 1 breakdown lists that trailer’s beachfront shots in order.
What you can do there
Shown: dancing and drinking, in scenes that look like story moments rather than a free-roam club. Not announced: whether you can walk in any time, whether there is a cover charge or VIP room, and whether any missions start here.
Press previews describe Jason and Lucia going on dates, such as a trip to the zoo. reported A night at NINE1NINE would be an obvious date, but Rockstar has not listed it as one. The dating guide tracks what is known.
Where it is
Community wikis place NINE1NINE in Downtown Vice City, which is where its real-world model sits in Miami. Rockstar has not placed it on a map. rumor The plane banner puts the brand over the beach either way: in Trailer 1 it flies above Ocean Beach, per community wikis.
Real-world inspiration
E11EVEN Miami, the round-the-clock club in Downtown Miami. Dexerto and The Miami Guide both call NINE1NINE a nod to it, and 9-1-9 in place of 11 is the gag. Rockstar has not confirmed any of it. rumor
